In today’s Attorney General confirmation hearing, both sides agreed we need to pass the Safer Supervision Act.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche endorsed the bipartisan Safer Supervision Act during his Senate confirmation hearing today.
The legislation is led by Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) who have come together around a simple idea: federal supervision should make us safer.
The Safer Supervision Act would make federal supervision more effective and more focused on public safety by helping probation officers focus their time and resources where they are needed most.

Now Congress needs to act.
